Safari Iphone

• Close all tabs in safari with the domain in question open.
• Close Safari (Hold home button and cross off).
• Settings -> Safari -> Location -> Chose "Ask" Or "Allow".
• Open Safari and try again.

Chrome Android

• Close all tabs in chrome with the domain in question open.
• Setting of the chrome -> Settings of sites -> Location -> Enable
• Try again.

Safari Browser

• Close all tabs in safari with the domain in question open.
• Preferences -> Location -> Select the site and choose "Ask" or "Allow"
• Try again.

Chrome Browser

• Close all tabs in chrome with the domain in question open.
• Setting -> Privacy and security -> Site settings -> Location -> Select "Ask for yout location"
• Try again.
